Very clean and safe facility. The staff I’ve worked with has been wonderful.

The curly haired blonde girl is super sweet and so helpful. She went above and beyond for us. She even noticed I punched in and helped with the door. She helped me figure out a way to keep my unit due to a disability and not have to transfer to a different unit. She is definitely a good caring worker.

We had a storage unit at one location. Soon after. We got mice, cockroaches, then on top of that. They raised the rent after we had to move.

No one returned my phone call after I left a voicemail when my son was trying to get into my storage unit.And no one was available during business hours to help him. Therefore my son could not get into my storage unit to retrieve my items before I got charged.
