Score would be better had I not incurred so many rental increases in the barely almost 3 years I had my unit. The amount of rent increases is honestly insane to do to a consistent long term renter.

The people were always very nice but here's the problem I had and why I moved out. When I originally went with Storage West, the rent was reasonable, when I complained about spiders taking over my unit the manager in charge used a bug bomb, and I was promised a truck when I was ready to move out. After CubeSmart took over, my complaints about spiders were ignored, it seemed like my rent was going up a bit too often until it just got to be too much to handle, and on the day I was moving out I discovered trucks were no longer offered. So I moved my stuff to the storage unit across the way at a good rate locked in for a year and with the promise that increases would be annual and more affordable. I'm sure there's lots of wealthy people in that area who can afford your rates so best of luck with that.

Property management was great. However, billing was always an issue, and Cube Smart always tried to overcharge and add penalty fees and late fees, etc. Main reason for us that moved out.

Yessica, the CubeSmart manager at the Canada Lake Forest location is terrific.She is in very helpful since I first started renting a storage space for my husband in March 2024.

I had one minor issue with an automatic payment. Ultimately it was resolved, but it was enough to cause me a bit of concern.

No complains. Just don’t have the budget for it anymore
