Property management was great. However, billing was always an issue, and Cube Smart always tried to overcharge and add penalty fees and late fees, etc. Main reason for us that moved out.

Yessica, the CubeSmart manager at the Canada Lake Forest location is terrific.She is in very helpful since I first started renting a storage space for my husband in March 2024.

I had one minor issue with an automatic payment. Ultimately it was resolved, but it was enough to cause me a bit of concern.

No complains. Just don’t have the budget for it anymore

The Two ceiling light units located nearest to my storage unit # 668 are off since I moved in (February 11th) my stored properties. The unit is dark and it is waste of time to do any work in the dark. I informed the attendants every time i went to the unit, about 4 or 5 times. No repair was done yet
