The CubeSmart location was extremely well maintained, and all staff was wonderful.

Easy to sign up online. Not happy that the rate advertised did not include insurance that I’m forced into once I pick up the keys. Significantly raises the rent I’m paying per month. The facility is clean, I like that it’s indoors and temp controlled. That’s a plus!

While the unit was a storage unit, no big deal. I just became weary of price increases at ridiculous frequency. The staff was always very nice but style prices were my biggest complaints.

Extremely clean, well lit and well labeled units. The manager Mike at Lake in the Hills was wonderful and knowledgeable which helped made an out of state move less stressful.

The storage area is extremely clean, well lit and labeled, with plenty of carts available. The manager at the Lake in the Hills (Mike) location was organized, knowledgeable and gave me great, helpful tips. After an out of state move, it made things go smoothly and stress-free.

You charge and extra fee when paying. The prices are already high enough without the extra expense added.
