The rent prices going up and up isn’t helpful.

I was a loyal customer for 6 years and you rewarded me by raising my rent every 6 months by $75 knowing i couldn't move out with 4 arm surgeries. I would never use u again

Your pricing behavior is crazy... Lure in with a discounted month or 2 and then slowly keep raising prices over and over...

The CubeSmart location was extremely well maintained, and all staff was wonderful.

Easy to sign up online. Not happy that the rate advertised did not include insurance that I’m forced into once I pick up the keys. Significantly raises the rent I’m paying per month. The facility is clean, I like that it’s indoors and temp controlled. That’s a plus!
