Would prefer a combo lock instead of key. Ideally a unit on first floor, we have 2nd. But otherwise everything is very clean and well run. Happy with the setup.

Our cube is supposed to have air condition, it’s been weeks without it!!! It’s terribly hot and humid in Florida. Get it working!!!!!

You just kept raising the price and raising the price and I could never get anybody on the phone and they were supposed to call me back and they never did

Nice and secure easy to find storage unit. Staff was very helpful.

There was water damage on the second floor it wasn't temperature controlled all the time like it I paid for and you kept raising the rate constantly I think I went through three or four rates in a year. You also locked my gate with another lock for no reason at all and I had to call someone to come unlock it and it was so hot up there uncontrolled I was sweating like a pig.

Cost increase 24% this year. Good customer service, clean facility.
