I have rented space a few times in the recent years and my rate seems to increase.

It gave me comfort knowing my stuff was secure!

Prices are extremely high. Found one bigger and cheaper. I have had that storage for about 10 yrs. It ashame you charge loyal customers so much!

Great customer service great people

Called at 2:41pm to confirm the details of the reservation I made a week prior. Alisha confirmed my unit came with 1 month free. I inquired about moving in 1 week early and she said it was fine as the month free starts when you move. She also confirmed I would only pay for a new lock (and I already knew about the admin fee), since the first month was free - I told her I would be on my way, I arrived 40 minutes later. Upon payment, the total came to nearly $90. She then said the month free promotion was no longer available and I would only get 1/2 off - I either take it at that price or rent a larger, more expensive unit, and get the month free. Claimed IT changed the promotion and she couldn't do anything about it.
