There is one gripe that I have with the 3-6 month rate increase system. I am all for adjustments based on the cost of living, but every 6 months is not the same as 3-6 months. That means some customers may receive 4 increases, whilst some may only receive 2. Keep it at 6 months. That way everyone gets the same and fair results.

After one month raised rate 40 dollars

The prices keep rising several times over a year. Unsustainable

reasonable with pricing and size of the unit . initial issues with the ac not working properly in the area of my unit but they quickly resolved the issue and were always professional and polite.

Friendly staff (when they are on site), 24/7 access to facility, not many carts available at this facility.
