When i put a hold on my unit it was one price but when i got at the facility it was almost double. Don’t you honor the order??? The office at the cubesmart office worked it out for me but it was very upsetting!

I reserved a unit for $140.00 a month when i got there was $260.00. It was a terrible experience. The employees tried to correct it but because there was NO One at corporate to speak to. I am hoping its worked out and i still didn’t get a free month

I USE THIS CUBE SMART STORAGE TWICE. IT ALWAYS GOES SMOOTH WITH THE PROCESS AND VERY CLEAN.THE LADY AT THE OFFICE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
