There was water damage on the second floor it wasn't temperature controlled all the time like it I paid for and you kept raising the rate constantly I think I went through three or four rates in a year. You also locked my gate with another lock for no reason at all and I had to call someone to come unlock it and it was so hot up there uncontrolled I was sweating like a pig.

Ms. Leydi , is a wonderful staff. great customer service. very personal care given all the way through with best promotions. she talked to us several times, showed us many spaces, worked with best solutions to our issues . very good, talented, courteous employee.

Upon moving out, I was told i have a 5 day grace period. That was false. I was charged for the few extra days it took me to move out. That is not a grace period, and I wasn't informed I would be charged.
