MCCoy and Leydi are so helpful and great to work with. If it weren't for them I probably would not give the rating I did. There are homeless people living there and drinking and doing drugs on the premises. It makes me uncomfortable to be there by myself as they watch my every move. I don't think they should be allowed to use a storage unit as their home.

I was very pleased with the orientation to CubeSmart by Leydi and the easy move in and access to our unit.

Excellent Customer service, warm & Friendly staff, Clean and comfortable environment.I feel safe when there and I know my items are too! The New staff is very efficient and has eliminated some of the concerns of long term tenants.I would def rent there again and recommend it to colleagues

Upon removal of storage unit found mouse droppings and cockroaches in our storage unit. Not happy with finding these.
