I had exelent costomer care

Upon removal of storage unit found mouse droppings and cockroaches in our storage unit. Not happy with finding these.

We weren’t even with you for 6 months before you raised the rent of our unit $100..

Staff and ease of renting were amazing.Only issue I had was when I moved out there was a large pile of mouse or rat droppings in the corner of the unit. Had to pay to have mattress removed because it was no longer able to be donated due to rodent damage.

HER WARM WELCOME, HER COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS VERY REFRESHING - I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHE WORKS AT 1519 N DIXIE HIGHWAY. SHE WAS FROM NY - SHE DID EVERYTHING RIGHT, MADE SURE WE HAD ALL THAT WE NEEDED AND WE APPRECIATED THAT.

Un lugar muy limpio para guardar. Mis pertenencias se conservaron en perfecto estado , climatizado siempre y seguras los horarios muy flexibles.

I would not recommend that facility. Everything seems to be falling apart and in the 7 years of being there, those things were never repaired. It is always very hot in the building I was in, everything is rusted and the water leaked above the first unit I had has still never been repaired. The place is gross and the odor is gross as well. The staff who helped me during my exit was very nice and accommodating. I would give those two girls a 10. But your facility id falling apart. And lastly, your pricing is ridiculous. I just switched to another storage facility for more than half the price.

Unfortunately all my stuff got mold, you guys don’t want to take responsibility to pay for my loss.
