Attending representative was very attentive to storage needs and went beyond just showing variable units but seeking out the one that would best suit my needs. She went into several buildings attempting to do so. With her persistence, we were able to secure the proper storage for our needs.. She went above and beyond her roles and duties.

Dave in the office was a good explainer about exactly how to reserve a space, showed me one, arranged for when it would start, helped me find a cart, and the price was good, especially with one free month. He gave me good advice on what should go in and what should not. And was very personable and customer-service oriented. Cube Smart was recommended to me by a friend who also rents a storage space there. It was a good call!

there is not always someone at the desk to help with questions, no bathroom access on Sundays

Very nice people and good service when needed. Usually very clean although when I moved out the floor was covered with rat poop.
