I tried to get help and move in but the store manager said they couldn’t help me. So I left and opened another unit with a different brand that had someone to get me into the unit right away.The store manager called and confirmed I was canceling and I just got an email that it was never confirmed I was canceling.This was a very poor experience and my experience with the other storage unit company has been absolutely perfect.

Ann and Justin are extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need something.I recently moved my storage from a different factory this one even though it's further from home just because of how helpful Ann always is.I make a point to come in with my 4 year old son because he loves them.
