The process of moving in and out was very quick, easy and efficient. The price was high to begin with, but the increase in rent before being there for a year was very unexpected and quite the increase. We had to get the items out asap.

The check-in process was very easy and quick. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, everything went great.The only issue was the dirty passageways between the units.

Clean facility, well kept. Easy access indoors. Temperature controlled if you choose.

It’s a nice facility and very well-managed. What I really dislike about this company are the price changes and the “cell-phone company” business model. You should reward long-term customers the same as new customers. Offering incentives to new customers is a slap in the face as you increase pricing on existing customers.

Convenient location. Indoor parking. Great price.

There was a lot of ice and snow on the ramp into the building. Melted snow puddled in the indoor parking space so I stepped into water getting out of my car.I was promised a vacation emailwhen I spoke with the manager on December 10, but did not receive it.

Your storage rates are extremely high. Units are not convenient to access. Narrow turns & long hallways The elevator closes way to fast and bangs into cart and our property everytime.

Prices are reasonable, facility offers both temperature controlled and non-controlled, like the indoor access, place is kept clean, carts are available.
