Your facility is great, but significant price increases kept it from getting a 10.

The cost nearly tripled over a four year. Period.

The man who manages it i very helpful and the spaces are clean and the whole place is very "user friendly"

Location is good but the facility is dirty and when it snows the lot and ramp is not plowed or salted making it difficult to enter the facility with a car.

The process of moving in and out was very quick, easy and efficient. The price was high to begin with, but the increase in rent before being there for a year was very unexpected and quite the increase. We had to get the items out asap.

The check-in process was very easy and quick. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, everything went great.The only issue was the dirty passageways between the units.

Clean facility, well kept. Easy access indoors. Temperature controlled if you choose.

It’s a nice facility and very well-managed. What I really dislike about this company are the price changes and the “cell-phone company” business model. You should reward long-term customers the same as new customers. Offering incentives to new customers is a slap in the face as you increase pricing on existing customers.
