Your storage rates are extremely high. Units are not convenient to access. Narrow turns & long hallways The elevator closes way to fast and bangs into cart and our property everytime.

Prices are reasonable, facility offers both temperature controlled and non-controlled, like the indoor access, place is kept clean, carts are available.

Constant rate hikes priced you right out of business. Also didn’t like the collection calls before payment was due. Annoying.

Worthless staff members at location very dirty building a lot of my stuff was damaged inside by water and mold climate controlled inside should not have these problems
