Convenient location. Indoor parking. Great price.

There was a lot of ice and snow on the ramp into the building. Melted snow puddled in the indoor parking space so I stepped into water getting out of my car.I was promised a vacation emailwhen I spoke with the manager on December 10, but did not receive it.

Great location and Herb always helped answer any questions I had.

Your storage rates are extremely high. Units are not convenient to access. Narrow turns & long hallways The elevator closes way to fast and bangs into cart and our property everytime.

Prices are reasonable, facility offers both temperature controlled and non-controlled, like the indoor access, place is kept clean, carts are available.

Constant rate hikes priced you right out of business. Also didn’t like the collection calls before payment was due. Annoying.

It’s easy, clean and convenient but the rental rates kept going up
