I wish I could give it a 20 rating. The level of customer service and actual care for need and satisfaction of the customer are unparalleled. The location is extremely clean and well-kept and the team, especially Tim with whom I've worked for 4 years, are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction, always courteous and professional.I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I love the combination of both technology and people. The blend is right on. I was able to speak to a sales rep to reserve my units. The local contact at the facility, Tim, followed up via call and text. As I fully reserved my units days later, Tim knew who I was, knew who my friend was (who looked at them as I'm not local) and he had everything covered. I have loved this -- the ease of shopping online, but able to talk to a local person too. What. you are doing is great!

Customer service was exceptional! I rented a unit. Ended up not needing it… then I thought I might… before I was billed again the manager contacted me making sure I wanted to cancel for the time being instead of letting it go, due to me forgetting to cancel, and being charged. Goes such a long way. Honest people!

It was great experience clean place and I had easy access to my unit

It's mainly the employees Tim and Kim. They were nice and kept me up to date for any problems with my unit.

When I had a problem with my unit the day I got it, customer support got me into a different unit at a new address same day. The experience has been easy and pleasant and even though I closed my unit in Lakeland, I got a new one in my new town Sandy Springs.
