The units were clean and easily accessible. The app is dependable. Pricing was right in line with what we expected to pay in the Franklin area. A little tight to get in and out of the driveway entrance, but we managed. However, the best part of our ENTIRE experience was your location manager, Aaron. He is an above board, genuine, caring gentleman who works diligently to not only serve, but to KNOW his tenants. He can always be found walking the location and asking people if they need help with anything. I wish we could have packed up Aaron and brought him to Florida with us to our new CubeSmart location.

The people were so nice and informative, the greeting was awesome. The information was superb. It was like a place of friendship.

Clean well kept facilities. Easy access. Security. Excellent staff that are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.

CubeSmart is always strategically located and the people are great to work with. Priced right in the area they are found. Easy to get a unit. Kim and Tim in Lakeland Highlands are awesome.

You have a Great Management Team at this facility. The communication was always thorough, and were always very helpful. We closed a U-Haul unit to move to this one, and do not regret it.
