CubeSmart is always strategically located and the people are great to work with. Priced right in the area they are found. Easy to get a unit. Kim and Tim in Lakeland Highlands are awesome.

You have a Great Management Team at this facility. The communication was always thorough, and were always very helpful. We closed a U-Haul unit to move to this one, and do not regret it.

Tim and Kim have made this incredibly easy! I've moved my unit twice now and they've worked with me so well. I couldn't ask for a better team.

The storage is clean , convenient , the employees are friendly . Also they have carts you can use once you get to the building you can use to move your furniture ,tubs etc ... on to your storage unit or take to your vehicle . Also you have to have a code to get in . That's very important during times like this . Who doesn't want to feel safe while going places ? Thank you so much cubesmart .

Tim was really helpful in getting us signed up and installed in our storage unit. It was overall a great experience.

They were friendly and the place looked well kept.

Doubled the price of the unit a few months in and I complained about the increase and they told me if I didn’t like it I could move out

Tim made the process very easy.

Great communication. Very friendly staff. Answered all questions promptly.

Wen't to a smaller unit on first floor.
