The front staff was so kind and helpful! I had to book a storage unit for my college kid and they went above and beyond to help her out. Her stuff was safe and perfect when she got everything back out.

First time user of public storage. The staff were amazing. So friendly and willing to educate me. The app was simple; really the entire process was just so simple. I believe it was Bob and Gail? So nice!
