Check-in process was good. The agent was professional. My problem is that I got a storage unit that had rat droppings all over the place. I asked the attendant if the was a problem with rats at the beginning and was told no. I then was shown several different u its which had rat droppings all over as well. I had to select and take a unit that had less droppings and extend my truck and help rental because of this. If it had not been for the time constraints, I would have never taken this rental and opted to go somewhere else.

Within the first few weeks, the price increased significantly. We were surprised to see that we were not locked in our rate, and that management couldn't do anything to match prices online. We weren't even our storage unit for a month before getting notified of a significant increase.

I want to make it clear that Eric who works there is very kind and nothing is on him. but from the moment I arrived until I left I was dissatisfied. my unit was locked upon arrival despite the instructions saying different. due to other customers I ha to wait awhile to get it unlocked. then the door was broken as it wouldn't stay up. im told I either have to pay more for a bigger unit or wait for maintenance which is a process up in the air. I ended up having to choose the latter. I even tried to see if I can use a different unit until its fixed but was not allowed. I feel as though I should have been compensated for the troubles. what was supposed to be a quick trip took almost 2 hours.
