I want to make it clear that Eric who works there is very kind and nothing is on him. but from the moment I arrived until I left I was dissatisfied. my unit was locked upon arrival despite the instructions saying different. due to other customers I ha to wait awhile to get it unlocked. then the door was broken as it wouldn't stay up. im told I either have to pay more for a bigger unit or wait for maintenance which is a process up in the air. I ended up having to choose the latter. I even tried to see if I can use a different unit until its fixed but was not allowed. I feel as though I should have been compensated for the troubles. what was supposed to be a quick trip took almost 2 hours.

Because of the grave illness of my husband this past year, I did not realize that CubeSmart took over EZ Storage. As a result, they charge me $110 lean against my storage unit 131 which I did pay but asked for a credit in lieu of the situation at this point nothing was done. I’m very disappointed.

U have a rat issue and it damaged all my belongings had to throw everything out

The new management group that are managing the property has not respect for their tenants and see us as numbers.
