Very friendly and helpful

Everything about this storage facility was great from their staff to their space. Never had any issues. If I had any questions and called the office, they were always courteous and nice! I don’t have anything negative to say about them. All good - Great Customer Service. Thank you!

Check-in process was good. The agent was professional. My problem is that I got a storage unit that had rat droppings all over the place. I asked the attendant if the was a problem with rats at the beginning and was told no. I then was shown several different u its which had rat droppings all over as well. I had to select and take a unit that had less droppings and extend my truck and help rental because of this. If it had not been for the time constraints, I would have never taken this rental and opted to go somewhere else.

Eric, the manager in Lakewood was very personable, hard-working & knowledgeable.
