HORRIBLE. My unit was broken into before EIGHTEEN days after I moved in. Fast forward a few years, my storage was broken into again. No cameras were around my unit, they couldn’t tell me when it was broken into, all they knew was they checked it in the morning and it had been broken into. Unhelpful & not sympathetic. Didn’t interact with staff much but when I did, it was always unpleasant especially the day I moved the only things that weren’t stolen out of there.

I needed 30 days but got the promotion 2nd month free. It took off the pressure to get out in 30 days... Thanks.

I was told unit prices do not fluctuate much and upon fourth month my unit was raised by $50 .

Set up was really easy and compared to other storage places the price seemed like it was less. Customer service was great which is really one of THE most important things when I am choosing any business service. Unit was clean and for the size I thought the price was very reasonable. Overall had a great experience and would use Cubesmart again and would refer others to Cubesmart as well.
