I have several units at cube storage. The constant increases is so frustrating. At some point , you have no choice, but to move out!

I was told I had to pay for the insurance plan even though it wouldn't cover even a fraction of what my car is worth.

I never been treated so badly at a storage facility in my live or have I nver heard of any one done the way I was treated I would never recommend that cube smart to any one sorry but that was the worst customer servicei I have ever experience so very so very disappointed

They have always been respectful and professional.

Price is very high. Found a storage same size for 80 a month. You guys are rip off

HORRIBLE. My unit was broken into before EIGHTEEN days after I moved in. Fast forward a few years, my storage was broken into again. No cameras were around my unit, they couldn’t tell me when it was broken into, all they knew was they checked it in the morning and it had been broken into. Unhelpful & not sympathetic. Didn’t interact with staff much but when I did, it was always unpleasant especially the day I moved the only things that weren’t stolen out of there.

I needed 30 days but got the promotion 2nd month free. It took off the pressure to get out in 30 days... Thanks.

Easy to work with. Good value for the size

Too expensive and. Or a secure facility.
