Well Friendly's positive work Staff are awesome

As I secured this storage for my son, I was not aware that it was an aluminum or some sort of metal which was very cold and when I signed up, it was supposed to be climate controlled but I don't think it was. I realized too late that perhaps the cold could have damaged sensitive equipment, hopefully it did not. I feel that the unit was too expensive due to the reasons stated above.However, the agent at the Hird location in Ohio was very helpful, both in answering questions and very prompt in returning my calls.

Plus- climate control was pretty good; easy access on ground floor, good hours for evening access. Minus: I left one unit and the monthly fee for my remaining unit went up dramatically; coincidence? Also there was a humidity problem in the unit I left.

Helpful; staff, cleanliness and accessibility of facilities, clean restroom. Good location for me aswell.

Rent increases made it impractical
