We counted at least 10 dead rats when going through our belongings... you smelled them before seeing them, then saw them. They ate through our boxes and anything paper. A huge loss occurred with what couldn't be saved.Also, they raised the price of our storage unit over $50, with less than a month's warning

Well, in 2011 in November, I rented from you guys for three months and you were so generous. You were so kind you helped me with anything that I may have needed. Nothing was never stolen. Nothing was never messed with. I would recommend you guys to anyone.

Manager was ONLY concerned with money!After moving in and recommending a friend move in (which they did) I had to move into a bigger unit.I desired a bigger single unit and was sold 2 side by side units. When I began downsizing and only needed one of the units the MGR refused to cut the cost to one unit and was VERY adamant that he couldn't do this or that.Not only had the company made thousands of dollars off me, y'all or continuing to make thousands off my friend.NO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Y'ALL TO ANYONE ELSE, FUCK Y'ALL!!!!!
