I’ve been here for 6-9 months and my trailer has been broken into twice. With no compensation other than we’re sorry that happened under our watch. Beyond irritating and frustrating

Very easy to reserve and book space online. App made it convenient to pay storage rent and access was easy, facility was well maintained. Will plan on using CubeSmart in the future.

My rent continuously went up without notice… my storage was bought from public storage & I was at the point of paying almost $400 a month for a rat infested climate control storage unit .. I was told that it wasn’t their problem or responsibility per the GM… They need a better management team & ppl that care about the tenants belonging & not just a pay check .. The way I was dismissed, talked to & the lack of concern & compassion that I received from the GM management I would never recommend cube storage especially this location..

I had my trailer broke into and a wheeler stolen out of it... the camera just happen to be off! The price went up $50 after 1-2 months of being there...
