I had a parking space and a storage with you. My parking space was not secured the gate was always open. My storage unit was reasonable for pricing however the fee increased without notice and no explanation. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I wasn't given an option to transfer to a smaller.When requested a smaller unit I told it was still going to the exact same price. I am a unhappy customer.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The facility is conveniently located near I-35. The cylinder locks made it a plus too!

Rent keeps going up and up and changes about every 4 months or so. Used to be affordable. Now it isn’t. Looking for somewhere else to go

After looking for storage for over a month, I decided to stay with CubeSmart at a different location closer to where i am moving. I have been with Lancaster location for a year and ten months. Not once did i have a problem.

Unit was very clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. Everything was explained in a very clear manner. In no time we were unloading our stuff from the truck.
