Because of YaYa excellent and professional customer service she was wonderful pleasant and very knowledgeable. There had been some mixup because I was with Public Storage and some things that were not done correctly and she was able to resolve it keeping me a CubeSmart customer so kudos to her excellent customer service and abilities to execute well thanks for hiring her. She is definitely an asset.

I Patricia Jones gave a 10 because I was about to move out after two payments of $145 then so fast for December 1st $191 hi way robbery a good deal the manager gave me she's good she really helped by transferring .
