Terrible experience with the manager of the facility I store at. Matt lacks customer service skills and called me to tell me that he closed my account because “ there’s nothing in the unit and no lock on it.” He really scared me. I asked him to please confirm that it was the right locker he was referring to and he took 20 minutes calling me back. It turned out it was a mistake . He called me back saying, “ yeah, raincheck on that. It was a different locker” At this point, I was sick to my stomach thinking my storage unit was broken into and my belongings were gone. I had left work. This guy takes his good ole time calling me back and doesn’t even apologize. Then he proceeds to tell me that I will need to sign another lease because he closed my account. I had to make several phone calls and get my account up and running. Jeanie the general manager was the only one that was kind and helped troubleshoot. Yesterday evening when I went to get into my locker, access was denied at the gate. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating. Matt is a grown man and has managerial responsibility but lacks professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way he handled everything was downright unacceptable.

The people were very friendly and patient and it was always clean in the office and the storage area.

The online structure was excellent then meeting Jeannie Cox her willingness to show the room storage facility and her attitude made my decision elementary. She is a great asset to cube smart and the major reason I paid (5) months up front.

Way too expensive. I started at $182 per month and only had the unit for 3 years. The price was going to $315 in April. That is cray. Luckily I had relatives with space and moved everything out.

The Gal who checked me in, showed me the unit was absolutely wonderful.She guided through the process and made me feel comfortable.Im going to recommend CubeSmart to everyone in know !Scott
