Because of significant cost increases every few months

They are rodents problem…it take over 6 month to partially fix the doors to the building that now you walk to the door and it open without using a code…Another door the glass is broken and it temporarily fix by boarding up…There not enough carts and if you do find one the handle or somethings is wrong with it…when problem arise it a slow respond to correct the issue but the company do not have a slow respond to increase the fee…The staff in the office is good

My storage unit had mold and mice droppings all in it.Mold was on several of my stored items, and they had to be disposed of (trashed). And the mice droppings never stopped.Also…..the consistent price increases for the storage unit could not reasonably be justified. And the entry doors to storage unit's were frequently inoperable (broke).
