My experience here has been good and bad.

The service was very professional, and Dorthy was a great help, she answered all my questions and gave me good advice on keeping my unit clean.

The price hikes and payment policy/system

They were very knowledgeable about every question that I ask. The storage building is kept very clean. I have been there a few years and never experienced rodents.

Easy move in process

At times, the climate control seemed off. Too hot in the summer which caused concern for moisture. Overall, customer service at the location was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Price.

There was rodent feces covering my unit and the staff blew it off. Nothing was done I wasn’t even offered a broom to clean it. Paying over $800 a month for rat and mice poop to be all over my stuff is crazy.

Prices increase every six months. The doors at the Lanham location are always broken.

While the front desk repository Customer service was a 10, we found a dried dead mouse upon opening our unit. I don't know if it was there when our lock and welcome bag was placed inside the unit but based on its appearance, I think it was. We contacted the front desk and she came up and removed it.
