Ms. Dorthy is an amazing customer service. Instead of leaving Cubesmart, she was able to get us a smaller unit. We hope we won't have to move again in the next 3 months.

I understand and expect that storage rental rates may increase from time to time. Adjustments related to rising operating costs such as utilities taxes or facility maintenance are reasonable and generally expected.However I chose not to accept the most recent increase because it felt excessive compared to prior adjustments and no longer aligned with normal cost based increases. While I recognize that offering competitive introductory rates followed by gradual increases is a common business practice the latest increase appeared disproportionately high.I value the facility and the service provided and would prefer a pricing approach that reflects fairness and long term customer retention rather than sharp increases that place unnecessary strain on existing customers. I wanted to share this feedback respectfully so my position is clear.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Horrible company from top to bottom. Zero customer service on any level. Rats in my storage. Fees for absolutely no reason.

The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional and the place was clean.

Two of the doors don’t work and the building wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be (especially the bath room). Also there weren’t enough loading carts. I was told there would be plenty available for move in.

The goods I was expecting to store in the unit didn't come as expected so I canceled the order but hope to come back once everything is ready for delivery. Nice and clean storage though.
