The office was not always open as it was advertised. I was given False information regarding my move out pro-rated refund.The unit leaked and sone of my items were damaged.The cost is extremely high.

I just got to the storage unit and the lock is Missing from the paper bag left inside.Please refund asap!

The company came in clutch when I needed storage. I went to the wrong storage and was sent to the right one and prepped in advance for my arrival. Though I hope to never have to use storage again, you guys were there for me at a dire point in my life and thank you for being there.
