I found the staff to be really helpful. Overall I'd give a 5 star review. The only ding was that the doors to access the units didn't have the proper ice melt or a door stop for easy in and out while I was using a moving company.

The office was not always open as it was advertised. I was given False information regarding my move out pro-rated refund.The unit leaked and sone of my items were damaged.The cost is extremely high.

I just got to the storage unit and the lock is Missing from the paper bag left inside.Please refund asap!
