i’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Tom for the past couple of weeks on the phone and in person and I have to say that if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve left CubeSmart already.He is very professional, understanding, efficient.I honestly never expected my phone calls to be returned He is definitely on it and he definitely cares about his work.

YOu guys raise your prices way too much. I had to move into a similar unit just to avoid the higher fees. Do better.

This facility is well taken care of and both Tom and Dave are very organized and ready to assist whenever needed.The sign-in process is very simple and easy. Both Tom and Dave explaine the necessary paperwork.

Very smooth administration. Dave explained all the details as far as what I was agreeing to. Unit was very clean and had no issues moving in. Very happy with the outcome.

Tom is an amazing Manager and always willing to help. The units are clean and well lit and the facility is well cared for. I have used the facility for a number of years and finally cleared out all of my items I no longer needed. We will be back probably next year when we move here full time and will need the extra space .

Good location. But yearly increases led to me going elsewhere. Not a good example of customer loyalty.
