The process to reserve on-line was fairly easy and fast. The facility is clean and everything was as expected. I did not give a higher rating becuase I understand the monthly cost will increase to the "Street Rate", which will make it less of a value.

You are the most amazing storage ever!! The covered parking to load and unload, the cleanliness, the multiple carts available and the most professional office staff.
