Someone climbed over top inside my unit and broke into my unit. Vandalized my unit as well another person who also had the same experience at the Rock Springs, Las Vegas site.

My unit was burgled. Security is insufficient

So far, our storage space has been kept safe. The staff, especially, Denise, has been exceptional assisting us with everything from making payments to assisting with any questions we've had along the way. The lack of access to carts on Sundays is one negative. And unfortunately the area near our unit has a marijuana smell lately. Other than that, it has been a good experience.

CubeSmart is a convenient facility, and workers are always respectful and helpful whenever need.

The service was very good

Every time I seemed to show up during business hours no one was there. One time the male manager left at 4:30, to run errands, and the sign said he would return by 5:40. I know this because I spoke to him on the phone. I needed a cart which was in the office and I was moving out because the prices just keep going up. When I would call the office at morning or afternoon no one was available. I will never go back to CubeSmart again. I actually found a brand new storage, convenient location, for a lot less and if someone was out of the office you can press the button and it calls the next location, which was right up the street, and if you needed help they would just close up shop and run up the street to their new location to help me.
