Andrew is amazing! I moved from California to Vegas and found a Cube Square nearby my new home. I made an online reservation and within minutes received the most helpful phone call from Andrew that provided any answers to questions regarding the location and pricing at sister locations. It was discovered that a different location had a better price than the one nearby and he made accommodations with management to honor the same price. Upon arrival to sign the lease agreement I was greeted by Andrew with the best in person experience that was unforgettable. Definitely helped by making something stressful go oh so smoothly.Thanks again Andrew🙂

Your local manager went out of his way to help us manage our storage needs and save us money in the process. My group is a not for profit entity that helps Veterans in our local area receive counseling and medical help through the VA System. Was pretty good. But you raised the rate every year, front gate didn’t work too frequently, carts were unavailable too frequently and old and broken down until a couple new ones did appear recently. So, it was ok.

It was extremely easy to reserve a unit. I received 2 calls explaining how to complete the reservation. This allowed me to locate the unit on my 1st time there easy

The rates continually increased since first renting with your location a year ago. I had just received an additional rate increase notification yesterday, stating the rate would increase to $241 monthly. It's robbery. That is an excessive fee for such a small boat storage space. Additionally, your gates continually break down, fircing me to back my boat out the entire length of the property and around a corner to the rear exit gate. It's ridiculous. Investment in a more robust model should be seriously considered. The gate isn't even security rated. Any burglar or thief could easily hop the gate.
