The rates continually increased since first renting with your location a year ago. I had just received an additional rate increase notification yesterday, stating the rate would increase to $241 monthly. It's robbery. That is an excessive fee for such a small boat storage space. Additionally, your gates continually break down, fircing me to back my boat out the entire length of the property and around a corner to the rear exit gate. It's ridiculous. Investment in a more robust model should be seriously considered. The gate isn't even security rated. Any burglar or thief could easily hop the gate.

Up front the manager and the staff member I spoke with to close one of my units were pretty friendly. Fast forward to 5/18/26, I get an email invoice charging the price for my new unit and the old unit I JUST spoke with the onsite staff about the week before. Apparently this was not completed through the system? I spoke with an operator and he was very nice enough to complete this and even said that the staff there did not remove me from the original unit as requested TWICE in person. I just don’t want to be charged a second time for a space I requested now THREE times to be removed from. It’s nice to have friendly people up front but have them do the work as well. I would also like to be contacted about this issue and what will be done to hold employees accountable sale for their lack of action. The phone operator was very nice though, no issues with him unless I don’t receive the final/ adjusted invoice as requested (supposedly within 24 hours).

Only rented for 3 months and had issues getting into the storage place. First visit back the code box wasn’t working and no one answered the number on the box to help. Called corporate and got no help from them. Second visit there was an issue with the app. It said we were past due in rent and gate wouldn’t let us in. Guess there was a glitch with the app for all renters. Waited until the office was open to find out what was happening. While in the office another renter reported their RV was broken into. Didn’t like how that was handled by the employee. Just too many issues in the short time we were there and then we get an email that the price is going up by 50 a month. Not worth the money for all the concerns.
