When we rented this unit online, it was advertised as “climate control.“ It was anything but. When asked about this upon signing the documents, we were given vague answers as far as when it would be taken care of the only thing we were told was “the parts have been ordered.”Fast-forward three weeks later while we were putting more contents in our unit, we noticed how incredibly hot the second floor was. We have computer components and hard drives as some of the contents and cannot afford damage to these items.After the manager was approached about this, she had an attitude, she was angry and said “the parts have been ordered, they get here when they get here!”To be fair to her, maybe everyone else was complaining that day and she was irritated. I will give her that but it was completely rude and completely unprofessional. When walking out we told her that we might move our unit elsewhere and her response was “yeah you go ahead and do that!”Which is exactly why we left. There was no concern or consideration for the customer. We were brand new and intended to stay quite a long time but we made to feel insignificant like our concerns are not important, why would we even stay when there’s too many other options out there?Again, maybe she was just having a bad day, maybe a lot of people were complaining because it was so hot on the second floor, I really don’t know?With that being said, when you’re in a business where customer service is crucial, you have to put your feelings aside and help the customer and reassure them that things are being taken care of efficiently. Not a month later when the problem is still existing. She had no right to get angry or irritated just by being asked when the swamp coolers were going to be fixed. I was considering leaving a negative review on Google, but at the same time like I said before maybe she was just having a bad day but at that point I didn’t care. We are happy where we are right now so it all worked out.

Maria at the S. Durango site was extremely uncustomer oriented to the point I canceled my unit. There was no way I was storing my belonging with her.

You don't turn the swamp cooler on early enough - it's hot as heck up there and has been for over 2 weeks. Paying for climate control, you expect it to be there. Come to find out it's not broken, it's simply not turned on yet
