You don't turn the swamp cooler on early enough - it's hot as heck up there and has been for over 2 weeks. Paying for climate control, you expect it to be there. Come to find out it's not broken, it's simply not turned on yet

1, I do not give referrals recommendations as everybody has their own experiences and finds what’s best for them.Two I felt I was lead into a bait and switched situation. With all of a sudden within three months rental rate increases.

My wife and I moved to Las Vegas from Tennessee for a fresh start. We sold or gave away our larger items and only bought our clothes, shoes, some household goods, important documents etc. When I moved in, I noticed some sketchy people walking around the inside of the facility. One couple had all of their things in the corner of the hallway that I was moving in to. I moved in thinking that our things was secure due to it being locked. To my surprise, when I returned, I noticed that my things were not how I left them. Someone had stolen everything out of my luggage. They even stole a bag of my dirty clothes….underwear and all! They got my wife’s shoes and some of her clothes, but they took over half my clothes and shoes. They got some of the home items too like our coffee maker, cake maker, etc. I just moved all my things and I didn’t even report it because I knew nothing would be done about it. I would recommend that everyone stay away!

Maria has been so helpful ever since I been there going on 3 years. It is convenient and clean. I am happy with my storage experience. We had a small unit for my son's stuff when he moved. Everything was great!!

We are being forced to move from our current unit to a unit 30ft away (same size) to be afforded the current market rate for a unit. We are currently being overcharged by $500/mth. VERY inconvenient and terrible business practices for a customer that has been leasing from this location for 20 years. I am encouraging all employees in our firm to leave 0 star reviews on all online platforms for this Cubesmart location.

Maria the manager was very friendly and helpful and really informative overall, a great experience. If you’re looking for storage, I would highly recommend the CubeSmart 0472 on Durango
