The employees were kind and helpful. We had a situation where our storage unit was broken into and there was significant damage and items stolen. It took approximately 2 months for the team to get the lock removed (it was jammed) and there was never an offer of reimbursement for lost time, despite multiple requests. Clearly profit over retention. Add that to the 300% monthly increase over the years, and the value was far from worth what was being paid.

Kept jacking up rent. Cubesmart gives 1 free month rent to new tenants. But nothing to tenants that have paid faithfully for years. Nearby storage areas have same space for half the cost.

My RV was broken into, your company did nothing to make it right, the damage to my vehicle expensive.

It was a difficult time when I purchased a auction unit and then I lost both parents within 90 days. This staff was sympathetic and helped out a lot. I really appreciate it.

The events that transpired the last few weeks have been disappointing to say the least. Virigina has been a tremendous help to this storage but the change in ownership/leadership not responding to inquiries or noting peoples files when things happen to the unit or locks is very concerning. I have been a loyal paying customer putting up with numerous rate increases thru the 3 years I have been utilizing your storage services and hoping management will take the lead and make things right above more than just the operations staff can handle. BE THERE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES!!!
