I was a customer for over 15 years. My rent started around $180/mo. Since CubeSmart bought the facility, my rent has constantly risen. My last bill was for $394. You rent the same unit for mych less than that. So much for loyalty.

The management was very mean, and I didn't like having to be out of there at 10 pm, couldn't always do it and got evicted because of it.

Great customer service, the facility is nice and clean, first month free and most importantly they don’t sign you up for auto pay without your consent like Extra Storage!!!!
