It was very accessible and convenient, the size and the location were perfect. The rental process on line was fast. I when I arrived at the storage was all inside of the unit. The open hours are also very convenient.

Ever since CubeSmart bought out The Storage at Summerlin, the rental price has skyrocketed. The prices are exorbitant and so I left for less expensive storage which are comparable to CubeSmart. CubeSmart offers no benefit to continue use nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Because I think I’ve been at that storage for approximately 20+ years and as soon as CubeSmart bought out, Summerlin storage you raise the prices not only a little bit but a crazy amount. It’s too bad it didn’t stay in Summerlin storage hands. Zero loyalty for long term renters
