The service was good, I think the rating would be higher if the company did not continuously raise the rent without notification to me.

Our Rate was 3 times what a new rental is being offered after 5 plus years .

Very clean and convenient.could use more carts and better maintained. Elevator was sometimes malfunctioning or out of service .

The month rates have good point to it however not being in a contract you raise rates whenever you choose

I moved out on April 10th, at 10:30 AM, and was charged for the entire month of April 10th - May 9th at 8am the same morning. Grace, the attendant at the counter stated they would try to reverse the charge, but instead I was charged another 31.97$ at 10:40 am on April 10th. I rented a unit there for a total of 10 months, suffered a large rent increase less than 6 months in, and now this ridiculous last charge for a month I never will have possession of the unit, so I would NEVER recommend Cube Smart to anyone!

My unit was burglarized and no consolidation was offered. No apologies or discounted offers to remain a client. No security cameras on premises and unlocked doors through the day.

The workers so nice kind

You advertise one price and it ends up being more than what is advertised. Then, if you try to do the online registration/paperwork which would definitely help, you are forced to purchase the lock and insurance.
