You advertise one price and it ends up being more than what is advertised. Then, if you try to do the online registration/paperwork which would definitely help, you are forced to purchase the lock and insurance.

Our rental price was 373$. Four months in our monthly changed to 508$. That is over a 25% increase. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Greedy company

Overall, your facilities are top notch, regardless of who manages them. What makes a difference for me in a storage unit is how easy the personnel that worked there or manage it is to deal with. The lady that runs this location is the best.
