I was treated VERY well * the gal who reserved my unit worked well with me when I so desperately needed a unit ,this was just weeks after so had passed away.Im still not dealing with my loss,then also the young gentleman working & running the office on N.Durango ,deserves a raise $$$ He was amazing , u derstood my situation & went above with helping me , due to my sons wife ~ which he was divorcing & it was. Her items in storage..My precious deceased son was divorcing her,however papers were not yet signed , nor filed , so thetefor shes still his "Legal " wife. Have had nothing but issues , being she is still legally married. If I need putting some of my sons items I still have , it definitely will be at your location again..Your gentleman who runs that location, helped feel like family~ he definitely touched my heart , during the HELL , im in without my sons ashes. Cube Smart helped me since day 2..The woman who originally booked my reservation was #1 who i had worked with..this was just a few weeks after the loss of my son.Her helping me during my quiet breakdown was appreciated more than words could describe. These 2 people will be in my heart for their support I so desperately needed .

Your rates keep going up. When looking at the same unit sizes at the same facility they are significantly cheaper. When asking for a better rate, I was told no.

Juan was very knowledgeable and helpful! The process of renting and leaving was very easy. I will definitely be using CubeSmart again! Using the actual unit was very easy as well. Great deals going on too!

Promoting wasn’t fully detailed. The women customers service wasnt the best. The men customer service was kinder. So my experience with customer is 50/50 between the 4x that I needed assistance. At times it was hard to find a trolly. Other than the facility is nice.

The price we were paying for a 5x5 unit was vastly more expensive than competitors in the area, regardless of promo pricing.

I believe the location and facility are good, although the water leaks are troubling. I neve had any water damage but witnessed water on the floor and buckets. Climate control is important in Las Vegas and I did not find anytime where my unit was too hot or cold. The price is higher than I like but it worked for my needs.
