It was easy to sign up for a unit, and access to and from the facility was a breeze. When I no longer needed it, relinquishing the unit took less than 5 minutes.

You guys have raised my rent from $39 to $216 a month. Absolutely predatory. Someone tried to break in the unit and no one called us to let us know it had been fixed and secured once again. We had a very expensive custom bike stolen from the unit during that time
