It was easy to sign up for the unit back in 2023 via the website. I remember receiving a friendly courtesy call from the location manager and received all the documents in my email that same day. The app was easy to use to get in and out and set up autopay and find the details of the unit.When it was time to close the account, we removed everything and I emailed the manager to close out the account. He responded quickly and professionally. Easy, Friendly, zero headaches. It was great.
