I was originally going to move out due to the theft event in Oct 2024 but he assured me that he has improved security and works hard to keep the bad elements out. It's ridiculous how often you raise the prices. You sucker people in with a good move-in special and then keep raising the prices after a few months.

CubeSmart was super easy to work with, and was located in an area that was convenient for my business storage needs. I greatly appreciate the security of the facility as well, although I wish the doors that lead to the interior units was locked. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but that extra bit of locking would be a nice touch. The manager was very helpful as well. Kudos!
