I have rented here before, Working with Drew has always been great, This place is always clean and will recommend to anyone who wants to rent a unit.

Deceptive advertising. 0$ your first month. Then the truth unravels-To charge $20 administrative which is essentially pay us to do our paperwork for your account. Plus the $15 lock that you get to keep. The lock can only be used at your facility. Shady. So 0$ is not really free.

Drew at the Russell Road facility was very kind and helpful. We had no problem parking our trailer

Unit fee was always fluid and poorly managed. Bait and switch would be how I would describe it. Manager and assistance manner eee nice enough but apparently lacked any real pricing authority. I would have stayed for years.
