Well I started renting the unit in 2019. The Manager was very approachable. It changed ownership and I went along with it. New Manager she is not that bad but needs more training on her customer skills communication and diversity. Not sure very Hispanic person likes to be called my friend. Get his or her name first.

Because my online experience was okay—it was easy to access and purchase what I was looking for online—my experience from there was a nightmare. The unit was not available, and the facility either wasn't willing or couldn't provide me with another unit at the same price I paid online. The manager was unable to cancel and return my money. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting on the refund. I have 4 days to move my stuff, and no unit to move it to because I'm still waiting to be refunded the money to purchase a storage unit. Hopefully, I'll be able to find a unit in my price bracket, which is another reason that this has been a nightmare of an experience.
