Staff was RUDE

Staff was very rude and racist. I absolutely would not recommend them. Threatened to call police because I wanted to put a blanket in their dumpster, after 4 years of loyalty. Horrible staff

Even though I WAS a loyal customer for almost 5 years. I was overcharged on several occasions. From day 1, I had my own renter's insurance, but was charged unnecessarily for your company's renter's insurance. Even after I informed you, you did not reimburse me. Additionally, I had 1 returned check in 5 years and you charged me twice for this. After I informed the staff, they were very rude and yelled at me. Lastly, you charged a ridiculous fee just to use a debit card to pay the bill. Your staff was horrible and unprofessional.

Half of the time I went there my code would not work. One Sunday I was locked in for 30 minutes before I found a man to come put his code in and let me out. I tried calling the office several times with no answer. I called the main number with no success. And then after only a few monthes my rent was increased by 45 dollars. And I didn't receive a notice of that.

Courtesy, nice clean and I did recommend my son there who currently has a storage.

The site managers, especially Delisa, was very helpful and accommodating with assisting us with our needs. They kept the site quite clean and orderly.

Esther was very helpful and explained how everything works. I've had a storage unit for more then 10 years but I needed to upgrade to a larger size and this storage is close to our home.

Your place was nice and clean, and very friendly atmosphere thank you very much for keeping my belongings safe..

Customer service is terrible
