Half of the time I went there my code would not work. One Sunday I was locked in for 30 minutes before I found a man to come put his code in and let me out. I tried calling the office several times with no answer. I called the main number with no success. And then after only a few monthes my rent was increased by 45 dollars. And I didn't receive a notice of that.

Courtesy, nice clean and I did recommend my son there who currently has a storage.

The site managers, especially Delisa, was very helpful and accommodating with assisting us with our needs. They kept the site quite clean and orderly.

Esther was very helpful and explained how everything works. I've had a storage unit for more then 10 years but I needed to upgrade to a larger size and this storage is close to our home.

Your place was nice and clean, and very friendly atmosphere thank you very much for keeping my belongings safe..

Customer service is terrible

You raise the cost often and are not up front with your business model and pricing. Your business model is deceiving and feels like money extraction. If you communicated up front on all of the money increase, people can make an informed decision whether to commit or not and will have no reason to be upset at each increase. I feel like you intentional do not communicate cuz you're afraid of losing business cuz you way to expensive for what it is! I feel extremely unhappy i chose you for the length of time i rented.

The continuous price increase. I rented the same size unit at another storage for $60 a month cheaper.
