Both ladies in the front office are great! The constant rent increases in this industry puts a bad taste in renters mouth. My little closet size that wasn't even full went from $44.50 to $79 decided to move out my Christmas decorations and summer things out. Not the best way to run a business. I do understand fluctuations in the storage market and the fact that it is not designed for long term rental. Unfortunately, loyal customers that pay on time and use it for an extra closet get caught in the money making situation. I know I used to be a relief manager for a major storage chain here in Las Vegas. I caught embezzlement and fraud with a few select managers.
