I have been a long-term customer of your facility. I was a tenant long before it became CubeSmart. Since it has been CubeSmart I have found the employees welcoming and helpful. The have made accessing my unit, not only easy but pleasantly so. As I have been corresponding with the office from a distance, I have always felt my belongings were safe and protected from both fire and theft. Sorry really to leave but my long distance relocation is now completed. Thank you.

Delisa was just about leaving the premises because wasn’t feeling well, and let me in to complete my application with moving van right behind me! Got everything done and even came by unit to make sure everything was going well. Thank heavens for her! Made my move to first time storage unit do able.
