I had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly, the process was quick, and everything was handled professionally. It made things much easier for me during a stressful time.

Communication is the key. There’s a lack of means of contacting the storage manager was rude and inconsiderate with bending needs of the customer experience to her own personal needs not the customer without there being any reliable accessibility to reach anyone through the office from a phone call or other means. My storage unit was open at one point with a few item missing or damaged through my experience at this storage location by an individual or individuals onsite or outside of it without notification of customer from the storage manager..

Dottie is AMAZING!!

Easy process so far, but I paid for a climate controlled unit and it is very warm inside. I have concerns about my stuff.

The staff at this location are wonderful, the units are well maintained, and the gate always works! That alone is a big improvement from my last storage place!

Clean facility and helpful staff

The manager at my storage facilty is the best. Friendly, takes care of business and the facility. Has actually gone to bat for me regaring some issues I had with CubeSmart

Storage facilty is clean. The restroom is clean and readily available. Appears to have good tenants, not the homeless pack rats I have rented storage at.
