Unit fee was always fluid and poorly managed. Bait and switch would be how I would describe it. Manager and assistance manner eee nice enough but apparently lacked any real pricing authority. I would have stayed for years.

I'm mostly happy it's the price hikes that is expensive.

From start to finish, I had a good experience here. Drew was the person who helped me and my family with our units and he was very communicative and had excellent customer service skills. He's a wonderful person.

I was originally going to move out due to the theft event in Oct 2024 but he assured me that he has improved security and works hard to keep the bad elements out.
