I have been a long time renter at your facility and you keep raising the rent. A new renter can go online and rent a unit for less than half the price of what you have raised my rent to. This is a very poor business practice and unfair to your customers. Shady

Well for one we were charged the wrong amount to start out then received receipt a day later for a larger amount. Then after only 1.5 weeks my vehicle was broken into and the passenger door window was shattered and multiple items kept in the vehicle were taken along with all the product manuals for all parts and equipment on my vehicle. The damage and cost to replace things stolen are close to $1000. 3 other vehicles were also broken into. I understand that the entire staff at this facility were terminated on the same day the break-in's occurred. Seems like the result of disgruntled ex-employees. My vehicle was broken into again the next night. I have removed my vehicle and would not recommend this location on Pecos Rd., Las Vegas to anyone,

On June 16th I initially was charged a first time special rate of $74.37 but the employees could not setup the Auto-Pay so they said they cancelled the transaction and tried to start a new account. They were not able to override the system to enter correct information but they said the charge of $74.37 was never charged. I checked my credit card account and it showed the charge as "pending". They said it may take a couple of days for the charge to be be credited. Then on June 17th my credit card account shows a new charge of $126.90. I called the office and they still insist the $74.37 charge was not showing on their books and actually didn't think the $126.90 charge was correct either. It's now June 19th and both charges are still in my credit card account as being PAID. What is going on here?

This place is not too bad. Have noticed people may be living in a storage unit on second floor and not sure how safe it can be if you're alone. Other then that it's okay and was convenient at the time.

Excellent service from front office staff. I would have given you a 10 if you had adequate carts available. Unfortunately, on only one visit was I able to find one available. The building appears to only have one & another customer had it during all but one of my visits.
