This was the easiest move in I’ve ever had. The website allowed me to order my unit and access it quickly without ever needing to even come inside. I was able to get in and situated same day

I made a phone call to customer service. I said I wanted to release my unit and vacate. I was told no problem. I also stated that I would be coming on Sunday, which was my only day off in clear out the unit. I arrived on Sunday to find that. And when I finally got in after calling two more times I discovered that my Wytopitlock have been cut off and all of my belongings are missing Needless to say I called customer service again and explain the situation., And I was told the manager facility would be back on Tuesday two days after arriving on the property. Customer service told me they called the manager and were told that I had already been there vacated the unit. Needless to say that’s not and I’m holding both keys to the lock in clearly no belongings in my storage. I did, however, find two homeless people live in while driving around the property. This is located on Pecos Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. I will be definitely going to see the Manager as well as contacting my attorney the property has cameras all the way around which clearly shows that I was not on the property prior to coming to get my belongings. The part that hurts the most is my mother’s ashes. Were inside of her urn. That I was keeping safe. While relocating to a new New Home. It was also told to me that the manager had called me and left me a voicemail. Again, not true I have no missed calls and a voicemail.

On March 7, 2026, my husband and I flew to Vegas to pick up our motor home a 3 week road trip. Upon arrival we had found that our RV was broken in to and used as a storage unit. It took my husband and I two days to thoroughly clean the inside of the mobile home. We filled 16 contractor rubbish bags of trash and items that did not belong to us. They drilled out every single lock on my RV. They stole personal items that were in the motorhome. They stole our tv, surround sound system, clothing, kitchen supplies, linen and our electric scooter that was locked and chained to the back of our rig. They stole our tools and cut our hoses. This was not a one time thing. My motorhome was used consistently with the thieves going in and out at their leisure. They damaged the cabinets, drawers and the entry door. The attendant was rude and could NOT be bothered. She refused to come over to our parking space to view the damages. Unbelievable!!!I have made several attempts to speak with the district manager and he (Sergio) has NOT called us.There is NO urgency or accountability in this business. My RV was surrounded by litter and broken glass. There is NO security present. We waited 90 minutes for the employee to show up. During this time, we witnessed bicycle riders and random people, piggy backing on in when the security gate opened. Unacceptable!!!A police report was filed.

I was with Cube Smart for almost 10 years. Before it was Cube Smart, it was Storage West. For the many years it was Storage West I had great communication with the on-site manager who knew me by name. If there was a question or an issue, whatever, she would get back to me within 24 hours. She left shortly after Cube Smart took over. I had only one face-to-face with the new on-site manager, but I couldn't tell you her name. The only reason I had that conversation was because no one was EVER available in the front office. I knocked on the apartment door next to the front door and a nasty guy answered, swore at me, and slammed the door. I called corporate that evening, and the District Manager called me back. I explained what happened, that I pay $340 a month and I deserve better treatment. He was very understanding and very congenial. I thought maybe something would change. Sadly, it didn't. In January of this year, I went to my storage facility and the front gate was open, as were the doors to get into my climate-controlled building where normally a code would be needed. I don't know how long the facility had been this way. I got the items I came for and left. I called corporate, the facility, and I sent an email to the facility. I received a blanket e-mail two days later telling me the opening and closing hours were temporarily changing and what the hours were. Nothing was addressed about the broken gate, how long it had been broken, why a code was not needed to enter my building, or when all this would be fixed. I pay $340 a month for this facility. I have NEVER received a call-back, response e-mail or any other kind of communication. There is a Nissan parked inside by the front door with 4 flat tires that has been there for more than a year. There is a vehicle in front of the 'coded' door that has been there for months. Again, I pay $340 a MONTH to secure my belongings. When I decided to move my possessions on Friday, February 27, 2026 the doors were open and vagrants were roaming the property. I'm sorry for their plight; however, I pay $340 a MONTH to secure my belongings at Cube Smart. I have notified the facility a week ago that I was moving out. They called and texted me 4 days later, frantically wanting to know if I had moved out. I told them to check their vm and emails from last week. It's an abomination how this place is run and managed. And an insult to me, a long time, loyal leasee. Just shameful.

Access hours changed, when we arrived at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday the office was closed, even though the open sign was lit up. I called several times over the next 3 days to verify hours and finally called the establish an account option and was answered, imagine that!! I cancelled the space and rented elsewhere with 24 hour access. I also got a garage for the same price you were giving me a covered parking area.

I never moved in. I never put a lock on anything. I never put anything in there. I tried for over three weeks. Nobody was ever in the office. Nobody ever answered the phone then finally I talked to the manager who gave me a message to talk to the corporate person left a message with them telling them. Hi if I can’t get credited for the time, I was unable to get in there just close my account they kept it open. Keep charging me more money than they were supposed to do more money more money and say I owe them 300 and some dollars when I never even moved in.
