I was with Cubesmart and prev company 8 yrs. The rent was increased from $135 to $340 and would have been at least $380 by July. That's outrageous. That's how you treat your longstanding paying tenants?

The property was clean and the staff very professional and the price was right

The app works well, but that doesn't offset all of the gate/security/trash/staffing issues. I ended up switching to a better run storage facility, even though it is more expensive, because safety/security is a core feature.

The App is WORTHLESS. It's not easily accessible. it's near impossible to create an account, making paying your bill online impossible. This is indicative of the overall operation of this mediocre storage facility.
