My unit and many others were broken into and items stolen. Security is a joke there. The entrance gate was open day and night for at least a week. Then I got hit with a price increase. Glad to be out of there. I hope corporate gets to see this.

Well not once but twice I had our storage broken into. The DM claimed it was homeless but even the police and your own insurance company stated that this was more of an inside job. They claimed they didn’t have cameras back there yet I was able to take a picture of the camera that was conveniently pushed down towards the ground in a spot that was just a wall. I will make it my sole purpose to tell others to go with another company. One thing that police and I can agree on is that homeless people will not ever leave their stuff outside of a locked gate. And more so, how did they break into the storage when I had multiple locks including a gun lock on the unit. Furthermore they did the same thing to an elderly couple. This particular storage on pecos needs to be investigated.

I used the storage location for one month only, in October 2025. I had received several texts messages during November, December, and again in early January alerting me of non payment. I contacted the branch manager in November and this was to be resoled, it wasn't. I left numerous voice mails with the branch manager to return my call so that this could be cleared up. Not until I sent an email to the company, did the company reach out to the branch manager to contact me by phone. Finally after that call, the branch manager was able to assist me. Why have a manager or even an active phone number if the customers can't speak to them? Terrible customer service.
