Poor service broke elevator homeless people living there dead rat smell

Customer service at the site was below acceptable standards. When I arrived to register my trailer information, as instructed (trailer registration and insurance), the on-site employee stated she could not assist me because she had already logged out and was on her lunch break. At the time, she had a strong odor of marijuana and appeared distraught. The employee identified herself as Mikaela and instructed me to call the 1-888 customer service number.I contacted the number provided and was given a gate code and assigned Spot 40 for my trailer. Upon entering the facility, we circled the premises and found that Spot 40 was not marked anywhere. After calling customer service multiple times, I was informed that a supervisor would contact me. I later spoke with Carlos, who confirmed that I was assigned Spot 40 and stated he would contact the on-site manager.Unfortunately, the on-site manager was the same employee who had previously been unprofessional and dismissive. She walked us to a space that was unmarked, uncovered, located in a corner of the lot, and tightly wedged, which did not match the assigned spot description.Additionally, to date, I have not received a confirmation of cancellation. I later received a call stating that I had vacated and moved my trailer from the storage facility, which is not accurate and never occurred.

I could never begin to explain ,the degree of problems that I've encountered this last year2925.I WOULD NEVER RECREMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY...I TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE DISTRICT MANAGER FOR MY AREA BUT GOT NOWHERE....AM AT THE POINT OF SEEKING THE ADVICE OF A LAWYER AND HAVING MY SITUATION BROUGHT TO OUR LOCAL PAPER.. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM YOUR COMP LIKE(MR TODD HAYNES)

The only choose to work the hours that they choose to not the hours that this storage places to be open

There is ppl living on property, when I came in the office lady & her bf wth a dog that lives on property accused me of using my gate code to break in her storage, she looks like she’s on drugs

Staff always helpful when I have a question are any other concerns.hours are reasonable for coming before hours are even after hours.Locating is in fair distance to my home.

Horrible service. Was going to store my camper. No one was in the office. I called the number and went to voicemail. No reply. Came back two hours later. No one. Called several times and was ignored. Figured I'd book online. Had to pay up front. Finally the girl came in. I saw the site and it was unacceptable. Told I still have to pay, no refunds. You are never getting my business
