Because my storage was broken into 2 different times and I was not notified neither times and the second time when I called and used the insurance I never heard anything back from my insurance claim its been 2 months now and the 2nd time my storage was broken into i in fact 100% think it was the people in the office. So I think this was a cover up. And the fact that ut happened 3 months apart was very suspicious.

ONLY DISPLEASURE WAS ABSENCE OF PRESENCE OF ANYONE IN OFFICE MORE OFTEN THAN NOT. IT VARIED OVER TIME BUT MOST MANAGERS WERE VERY POLITE AND ATTENTIVE.

I enjoyed the use of the app to access the gate and the staff was friendly. While the staff added new security features, my unit was broken into multiple times within a year and was a result of the infrastructure of the unit.

My unit was broken into twice. The first time I was notified. The second time nothing. They said they called me. I have no record of a call, no message, no email, nothing. Staff is hardly there. No carts for use to move items (at least not in our building). Building is dirty. And I bet you have people living in units.

There’s usually no one in the office when needed assistance and no cart available to use. The new manager Josh (i believe) is so much better.

very small and dirty. Had big problem getting refund even after we told them we changed our mind. Less than 24 hours later.

The facility is conveniently located, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The climate-controlled units are a great feature, and both the security and access are excellent. Highly recommended.

Staff is very helpful and willing to show us the unit before we reserved it.
