Affordable and reliable great location excellent staff & service

There is no evidence that Cubesmart provided any benefit during the leased period. There is nothing upon which to base a favorable referral. The only effort Cubesmart made was to collect ever increasing and unilaterally imposed increased cost for the space. No additional benefit, no additional service no additional anything, just a consistent raising of the price without any choice on the part of the lessee. So, not going to refer anyone.

Things worked good

Too many homeless in and out, not safe, can never reach the manager, the gates is always breaking and has remained open over night.Not safe anymore and way too expensive.

Gate constantly broken, had a unit for 4mo with no ac when I pay for air cooled unit. Units broken into often because gates down. Only plus was the staff was friendly

Very professional and friendly

This CubeSmart location on East Flamingo Rd is a well kept location. Accessibility is very good, grounds upkeep is impeccable including inside hallways and paved areas around the outdoor spaces. We would easily use this location again if the need arises.

Overall experience was good. Dm worked with me on pricing. Property was maintained well. No issues with unit.
